Our time has been spent trying to suck the marrow out of life and enjoy the time we have while M is home recuperating from his surgery. Hannah is growing yet remains a very petite little 9 month old. She is crawling and eating more and more new veggies and fruits all the time. I have taken it upon myself to home make all of her foods except for juice and cereals. All the fruits and veggies I cook with sanitized utensils. I puree the food in a sanitized food processor and pour the purees into sanitized ice cube trays. When the food is chilled I put them in freezer bags and label them. They taste just like fresh fruit and veggies. I have never tried baby jar food but I figure letting her get used to the foods that are closer to the foods she should eat to develop healthy habits is the best. M and I have both lost 110 combined. We are enjoying the benefits of the life change being on Weight Watchers allows. We like feeling good and know that we are increasing our lifespan! I have been reading the Left Behind series and I am on the 12th book. This book portrays the exciting conclusion to a group of non-believing Jews and Christians who happen to be left behind when Christ comes to rapture his church of believers. My parents are coming out in a couple of weeks and we plan on eating out in San Diego and perhaps even taking a trip to Yuma. AZ. The fair is in town and Hannah may get to see farm animals for the first time. This all depends on how windy it is. M just celebrated his 38th birthday and I turned 33 this January. We plan on trying for another baby in about a year. I want Hannah to have a sibling close to her age. God Willing right? Congrats on the weight loss! I'm sure you feel great. I have been seeing more of the affects of my depression lately and that has not been fun for M. I think it is just the stress of our current situation and my adjustment to it. I also have to learn to relax as well as exercise more. I know that physical activity such as working in the yard or riding the stationary bike and walking really helps. As for family. My niece's significant other lost his create to suicide recently. I really feel for them and all I can do is pray. I can't imagine what it would be desire to be so close to someone who died that way. As for friends. My long time friend back home in Montana had to have emergency C-section to deliver her two fraternal twin daughters at about 25 weeks. As of this time they are alive and breathing on their own. She went through years of hormone therapy as come up as IVF. Please pray that now the babies are outside the womb that God's will be done. I hope that it is for them to live to be 99 year old sisters that have full lives. If not. I pray we all receive strength to cope and support my friend. My parents are coming from Montana to visit for 9 days. They haven't seen Hannah since she was born. Well at least my dad hasn't. My mom came down when Hannah was 2.5 months old when I had my gall bladder surgery. Hannah is 9 months old now and doing great. Still no teeth and crawling like a wounded soldier. She loves to be outside and have the breeze blow through her hair. come up. I suppose since I am getting to my mid thirties soon that we shall try for a sibling just about anytime.
