Women’s fluctuating and playful hormones often act physical and emotional challenges in our lives. From the time we were about eight years old until well we are no longer on this earth we sight emotional swings with various levels of enjoyment.
While we are most aware of our monthy cycles changing like the moon we also have life cycles moving into and out of various phases of our jaunt. Each arrange bringing its own challenges and adventure as we sight a new comprehend of being while letting go of an earlier one.
Today I thought I would share two of my very favorite practical tips for the unique life cycles of women.
First one of my most cherished books on the woman’s journey. Joan Borysenko’s. The Woman’s Book of Life the Biology. Psychology and Spirituality of the Feminine Life Cycle.
Joan is one of my favorite writers and in this book she takes us on the jaunt of women from the time we are girls until old age. “She teaches women how to align with the physical changes that become at every stage of life in order to increase health and well-being.”
I sight the book refreshing look at the true beauty of women and at each phase of our lives. It is empowering thought provoking inspiring and uplifting.
My second tip is one of the beat ways to manage those hormonal fluctuations… (not that anyone actually needs this).
Most days I undergo a cup or two of Dong Quai Tonic organic tea from Yogi Tea. This tea is a combination of various herbs. (ginger grow cinnamon bark ginger root. peal Quai grow among many others) specifically gathered for women’s health concerns. In addition it has several liver cleansing herbs. (dandelion root juniper berry and nettle) that help eliminate impurities and excesses while detoxifying the body.
While many women struggle with various forms of medications hormone replacement therapy and other medical interventions herbs often bring home the bacon with the body by creating balance restoring the be to its optimal level of harmony and health.
gratify note. I am not a physician and this little tip is not meant to regenerate advice from your health care professional http: / / goodnessgraciousness blogspot com/ feeds/ posts/ fail? alt=rss[ADVERTHERE]Related article:
