"Before and after garden design" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-06-07 06:23:20

It's always nice to see the end result of one of our tend design projects and compare the garden to how it looked before we went to bring home the bacon. This garden in London is a great example. The owners were faced with what was nothing more than a large conjoin of grass - and in some areas just parched hide. In the before and after shot above you can see how we worked with what was available to bring all the benefits of a modular garden into this domiciliate. The garden has become an extra room in the house a place for entertainment and relaxation and something to be proud of. No doubt our work has also increased the value of this property - one of the many benefits of having a well planned garden. We thought it looked great but the owner was overwhelmed: "To say we were totally and utterly overwhelmed by the finished results would be an understatement... It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with everybody associated with Modular Garden." This entry was posted on Friday. November 16th. 2007 at 1:00 am,and is filed under. "Christina Ricci Before and After Pictures" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-03-06 22:12:48

accept it or not these pictures are actually of the same girl. Here we have a set of before and after pictures of Christina Ricci. The top pic is of Christina in a photoshoot for Elle Girl Magazine in 2005 and the bottom picture is of Christina as she attends the DKNY Delicious Night Fragrance Launch Party in New York on the 7th of October 2007. It is amazing what a difference two years can make when you are a celebrity so much so that you look desire an entirely different person!! With different colored hair and an obvious and significant amount of weight loss. Christina has certainly taken on a transformation. I think actually she may have even transformed a little too much particularly with the charge loss. She is starting to arrive that point where she looks a little unhealthy. It’s unfortunate because she’s always been one of my faves in Hollywood. This entry was posted on Thursday. November 15th. 2007 at 2:25 pm and is filed under. "Before and After: A Squeezed-In Staircase" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-30 19:38:19

Designers Gabriella Gustafson & Mattias Ståhlbom from were commissioned by a family in Stockholm. Sweden to create a staircase in this cramped space. The left-side photo shows the staircase looking up while the right-side photo shows what the stairs look like from the top of the staircase. I love this design but I query if sleepy stair travelers might go collide with in the night if they don't pay attention to the pattern of the stairs. i think it looks awesome. but i also think it is an accident waiting to happen.. i could just see someone having a little tooo much to drink or not fully change state and taking a nice tumble drink them! OUCH! Oh - I get it. Because you undergo to go down sideways alter? lol. I was thinking 'How does one even go on those stairs without looking desire a Penguin?' A fireman's pole might have been just as easy to arise and at least it would be easier on the way down. This does look amazing though. Form beats function in this tiny lay. Coming from an interior designer and architecture student you couldn't build that stair case in the US and use it as a means of egress. You would need and additional staircase that meets code. So gorgeous and innovative! In my old dorm I had a store section and there was a slightly slanted but still very steep ladder leading up to it and since this was freshman year there were a few drunk nights that could have posed a lot of danger. but you get so agile using it after a while that navigating it becomes back up nature. I'd guess this would be similar. You'd definitely get the fasten of it after a few time. Also people were mentioning how there is now handrail. with our ladder we used the upper rungs to direct onto and this looks steep enough where you could do the same thing. I LOVE it!
